The multi-million-dollar renovation of Pelican Landing’s clubhouse is now complete. Crews recently finished a $9 million renovation and expansion project aimed at improving Pelican’s Nest Golf Club at Pelican Landing.
The posh Bonita Springs gated-community of Pelican Landing has a new beach. The Pelican Landing Community Association this week unveiled its new beach renourishment that follows past beach erosion in the area. Pelican Landing is the only gated-community in Southwest Florida to have 35 acres of private beach.

As reported in the News-Press, the Bonita Bay Club has invested $3.5M over the past nine months to make improvements several key areas of the club. This investment comes after the members of the Bonita Bay Club purchased the club from developer and previous owner Bonita Bay Group in March, 2010.
