Three things that truly define Fort Myers are its grand beach, its tropical weather and its vast array of gated communities. Our gated communities come in more flavors than Baskin-Robbins…..have more choices than Forest Gump’s box of chocolates….and have names that would even twist the tongue of a Starbucks Barista.
With literally hundreds of communities to choose from, it can be very confusing for an out-of-towner or newcomer to search for a gated community home in the Fort Myers area. Two key decisions that can help to narrow your search are: (1) What type of amenities do you require and (2) What part of Fort Myers do you want to live in?
