A proposed mixed-use development in downtown Bonita Springs has been given a green light by the zoning board in its bid to jump start redevelopment of the city’s downtown. The downtown development, The Preserve at Oak Creek, will feature 273 housing units, and retail and commercial space on the ground floors.
