Construction is moving at a rapid pace on the new Omega high-rise at Bonita Bay. As crews work to construct the 27-story tower, buyers continue to snap up its planned units.
Already, the tower is more than 50-percent sold. When finished, Omega will offer nearly 70 luxury residences.
While a majority of the units are tower residences, the high-rise also includes four penthouse units. Some of the building’s floors are already sold out.
Designed with the space of an estate home and the ease of a maintenance-free lifestyle, the condos of Omega open up to large private terraces with glass railings, outdoor kitchens and gas grills. The upscale homes also come with high ceilings and spectacular views.
The remaining Omega penthouse unit offers more than 6,400 square feet of living space, as well as a private rooftop terrace. All residents of Omega are treated to such desirable extras as an outdoor amenity deck with a swimming pool and a common rooftop terrace with hot tubs.
As well, the tower also plans to include a grand salon, a library and card room, as well as a game and billiards room. The tower’s social room will add in a fireplace and bar, along with a full kitchen. There will also be a theatre, guest suites, a fitness center and poolside cabanas for an extra fee.
The planned outdoor amenity deck overlooks one of the three on-site golf courses at Bonita Bay. Membership opportunities at Bonita Bay tack on the option of golf and access to a Lifestyle Center with a fitness center, salon and spa.
Bonita Bay also offers its own Tennis and Aquatic Center, shuttle service to a private beach park on Little Hickory Island, and a marina. In addition, you’ll find such amenities as pickleball courts, miles of nature trails, canoeing and kayaking, and a butterfly garden.
