A new luxury condo project is headed to Miromar Lakes. Developers recently unveiled the Capri neighborhood, consisting of two-and three-bedroom condos and penthouses overlooking the water.

Ranging from around 1,900 square feet of living space to 2,800 square feet of living space, future residents gain even more available living and entertaining room with private outdoor space. Priced from the high $800,000s to other units topping $1 million, the waterfront views are already a big part of the project’s appeal.

Future buyers can expect to find glass railed terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors. Some units within the property will additionally have other balconies and porches off the private bedrooms.

Some of the penthouse units will enjoy wrap-around lanais, open-air sun terraces and sunrooms. Buyers can expect to find open concept floor plans in Capri, with dens and en suite guest bedrooms.

Other common features of the homes include high ceilings, Italian cabinetry and professional appliances. As well, you can expect to find quartz countertops, some units with kitchen islands and a Jacuzzi soaking tub in the baths.

The first phase of the waterfront community consists of a five-story building housing 18 condos and four penthouse units. The four residential levels top a ground level parking garage.

Explained as a community within a community, the amenity-rich Capri neighborhood includes access to a private amenity island. Residents will have the option of a marina with available boat slips for an additional fee, plus there will also be the option of hanging out on the white sand beach, playing pickleball or spending time in the clubhouse with its exercise room, gathering space and café.

The development’s Beach Clubhouse offers on-site dining as well as a theater, card room and wine room. You will also find tennis courts, golf, a spa and plenty of room for watersports on nearby Lake Como.

The Capri neighborhood is being built near the northern entrance to Miromar Lakes.
