New single-family homes are headed to North Fort Myers. Enclaves at Eagle Landing is one of the latest communities to announce its building affordable homes in one of the region’s most convenient and coveted locations.

The single-family homes of Enclaves at Eagle Landing start priced in the low $200,000s. Buyers can expect to choose from homesites with either lake or preserve views.

Centex plans for one- and two-story designs, with plans eventually calling for more than 180 homes to be built in the new community.
