New home options are now selling in Estero, where homes are currently going up in the new WildBlue community. This gated development enjoys single-family homes starting priced in the $400,000s, with some of the largest floor plans priced upwards of $1 million.
Four builders are constructing in WildBlue, including Lennar, WCI Communities, Stock Development and Pulte. Pulte is constructing homes starting at around 1,600 square feet of living space, with some of the larger floor plans allowing for around 3,900 square feet of space. Some of the floor plans from Pulte are similar to those recently constructed in another nearby neighborhood.
Homes from Lennar in WildBlue start at around 1,800 square feet of living space, with some options including around 3,800 square feet. WCI Communities, meanwhile, offers homes from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet of living space.
Some of the largest homes in WildBlue come from Stock Development, with around 2,500 square feet to upwards of 4,000 square feet of living space. Stock plans to offers some of its existing floor plans to buyers, as well as some exclusive new plans only available in WildBlue. Many of the home sites include impressive lake views.
Eventually calling for more than 1,000 single-family homes and tens of thousands of square feet of added retail space, the massive property also makes room for three man-made lakes and preserves. This provides residents with options for water sports including paddle boarding, boating and kayaking. As well, a nearby public park supplies hundreds of acres of added recreation space, a real convenience for neighbors living in WildBlue.
Other WildBlue community amenities include a clubhouse with dining options, a swimming pool, tennis courts and a fitness center. As well, the property plans to allow for bocce and pickleball courts, along with the option of nearby biking and hiking trails for added fun and outdoor recreation.
