New model homes are now open for viewing at Entrada, a community featuring hundreds of home sites in Cape Coral. Found near US 41 and Del Prado Boulevard, Entrada features eleven different floor plans from DR Horton. In addition to the DR Horton homes, Entrada also features some residences from Express Homes.
Three model homes are available for viewing. They include a 1,700 square foot Express Eastham, featuring three-bedrooms, two-baths and a two-car garage. In comparison, the Clifton model from DR Horton offers 1,800 square feet of living space, also with three-bedrooms, two-baths and a two-car garage.
While both of those are professionally decorated, a third model from DR Horton includes 2,300 square feet of living space and is now available for touring. It offers three-bedrooms plus a den, three-baths and a three-car garage.
Along with the models, Entrada just began offering several move-in ready homes. They range from 1,600 to 1,800 square feet in size, each with three-bedrooms and two-baths, along with a two-car garage. All one-story floor plans, the quick move-in homes are priced from the low $200,000s.
With your choice of lake or preserve views, the home sites of Entrada range from 50-60 feet wide. There are one- and two-story designs within the gated community, with paver driveways and entries.
Amenities of Entrada range from the resort-style swimming pool to tennis and pickleball courts. In addition, residents will also have access to an amenity center and fully stocked fitness center within the gated community. The amenity center is scheduled for completion by early 2018.
Along with all of the planned on-site amenities, Entrada is comfortably close to the Fort Myers River District and to Downtown Cape Coral, bringing a wealth of available opportunities to residents. Close to prime shopping, dining and entertainment, the area is also close to major roadways, making for an easy commute around the region of Southwest Florida.
