Construction is now underway at Coconut Cove, one of the newest gated communities to grace the area of South Fort Myers. With your selection of 47 single-family homes to choose from, the community offers seven floor plans of 1,800 square feet to 2,900 square feet in size.
Constructed by Neal Communities, the private enclave of homes includes French Colonial and Island-style architecture, with some homes providing lake views and others showing the nearby preserve. Landscape maintenance is also included with some of the homesites and the residences are said to be energy efficient, with natural gas utilities. The low homeowner’s association fees help to fund the landscape maintenance, among other things for the neighborhood.
