A few memberships are for sale now. Members can offer their membership for sale at whatever price they choose. Gulf Harbour also offers a secured exclusive yacht basin with a stunning 186-slip deep-water marina providing a secluded weather-protected haven for yachts, ranging in size from 30 feet to 100 feet. The Marina also offers full services with gas, diesel fuel, electricity hook-ups and a Ship’s Store. There are two types of Memberships for sale: Golf and Sports. The Golf Membership gives members access to all amenities including unlimited golf, tennis, fitness center, Day Spa, waterfront dining, parties and social events. The Sports Membership gives members access to all amenities with unlimited off-season golf (May-October) and limited golf (from November-April). These are family memberships. Annual dues for Golf Memberships are $9,505, and $4,025 for Sports Memberships. The country club is kid-friendly offering pool parties, Easter egg hunts, barbeques and holiday parties for children and grandchildren. Children enjoy tennis, golf and swimming.

At the tennis center, there is a pool, outdoor patio overlooking the harbor and a Tiki Bar serving food and drinks.
Members of Gulf Harbour can also join the private island with a white sand beach, walking paths, and a kids’ playground. There are social events, happy hours and pool parties hosted throughout the year for members. The waterfront Clubhouse has casual and fine dining options. At the Waterside Grille, a casual outdoor restaurant is poolside serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Johnny Brown’s Restaurant is the indoor casual dining spot that serves lunch or dinner offering guests stunning views. At the Harbourview Restaurant, members are treated to formal, elegant dining in an intimate setting overlooking the deep-water marina.
