The most expensive home to sell in Lee County, Florida during November 2012 was a Sanibel waterfront, single-family home.    This 4,316 SF home is located on the East End of the Island at 1191 Bird Lane Sanibel, FL and features 4 BR / 3 BA and is sited on a 1.09-acre gulf front parcel in Richardsons.  The selling price was $1.74M / $403 SF, which was 79% of the asking price.

Honorable mention for 2nd most expensive Lee County residential property sold in November 2012 was an Alva single-family home located directly on the Caloosahatchee River.  This 8,837 SF home is located at 14120 Duke Highway, Alva, FL and features 3 BR / 3.5 BA .  The selling price was $1,629,250 / $184 SF, which was 91% of the asking price.
