Other nearly completed additions include bocce ball, pickleball and tennis courts as well as a trolley. Mid 2019 is expected to usher in the completion of phase three of the community’s planned amenities. These include the addition of a multi-function room, a wine and martini bar plus a restaurant.
The gated community will also include room for shuffleboard plus include a spa and massage therapy rooms. Additionally, younger residents will have access to a kids club while fire pits and cabanas will add extra flair to the community.
