The company ranks Cape Coral as the #5 place in the United States to live for boat owners. The city also comes in at #2 for highest net migration rate for retirees, according to SmartAsset. The amenities of the city are a tremendous draw for retirees. Cape Coral is an affordable place to own a boat. Cape Coral offers an ideal boating experience with gentle breezes, top fishing, and gorgeous sunsets. The ease for boat owners to enjoy hundreds of miles of fresh and saltwater canals, in addition to quick access to the Gulf of Mexico and the Caloosahatchee River, allows avid boat enthusiasts and hobbyists to enjoy a day of leisure on the water.
