Two model homes are now under construction in the new waterfront single-family neighborhood of Navona at Miromar Lakes. Navona is on the prestigious Peninsula at Miromar Lakes, and 18 new luxury villa homes will be built with waterviews and boat docks on the 700-acre freshwater lake. The homes will range from 2,200-3,200 square feet, and priced from the low $800,000s.
While the model homes are expected to be completed in early 2014, builder Harbourside Custom Homes will now showcase its designer-furnished Villa Adriana model now available for sale for early 2014 move-in . It features 2,593 square feet of living with 3 BR/3BA, a study, and an additional pool bath off the covered lanai with a summer kitchen, and 2-car garage. The other model home, the Montecito model, features a fully furnished 2,549 square feet of living space with a great room floor plan. Home builder Arthur Rutenberg Homes has designed this model home to include a gourmet kitchen and morning room; 3 BR/3 BA; a den; covered lanai; cabana room; and a 2-car garage.
A new marina on the Peninsula will open in November; Navona will be next-door to it. The new Navona neighborhood will have a grand entrance with a garden leading to a roundabout with a sculptured garden. The marina will include a fitness trail, boat slips, shaded seating and bocce courts. The marina will supplement the amenities of the current marine services available at The Beach Club, including sailing, paddleboarding, rowing skiffs, and kayaks. A water taxi will ferry residents between the marina at the Peninsula and The Beach Club.
